Chef Drew Belline was brought on to the Bridges project by the Greens because of his passion for simplicity and sustainability and ability to meld rustic techniques with creative execution. He currently tackles creative development, menu creation, chef team development, and kitchen design for Ford Fry Restaurant's award-winning Atlanta concepts (including no. 246, BeetleCat, and Marcel). With leadership and culinary experience, Chef Drew not only highlights ingredients that develop organically into innovative dishes, but mentors the growing staff of Bridges Wine Bar.

Chef Drew has also spent time cooking and training in New York, Charleston, Vail, and Houston.  He currently resides in Decatur, Georgia with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid fly fisherman and spends his spare time chasing freshwater and saltwater species throughout the Southeast. Chef Dew is also a keen forager and serves on the Community Farmers Markets Chefs Advisory Board in Atlanta.
